By three methods we may learn wisdom: First by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest. Confucius
From Pamela’s Desk
We all self-reflect on our life and probably rationalize most of the big decisions we have made. It is not until you are years down the road that you realize it was the small decisions that you made that had BIG consequences years down the road. It is hard not to become bitter because you didn’t think those small decisions would later affect so much of your life now. For some, they become too bitter and refuse to accept those small decisions, and spend the rest of your life trying to affirm them to the world. The small few, reflect, seek, and look for a different path.
